How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Account → Subscription → Cancel renewal anytime. You’ll keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Full refund within 14 days of your first purchase, no questions asked. Email support@boxbreakout.top — we process refunds within 2 business days.
Why does a market show "No signal" today?
"No signal" means we finished scanning the market today but no symbol simultaneously satisfied all three quantitative criteria (multi-month box compression + volume breakout + healthy trend). This is normal: • US / A-shares only scan on trading days; weekends and holidays produce no signals. • Crypto runs 24/7, but during chop or broad declines our filters can return no signals for several days in a row. • We do not lower the bar to fill quota — better no signal than a forced one. • Check the History page to see recent signal frequency by market.
Will I be charged automatically after the trial?
No. We do not collect credit card info during trial. Your account simply reverts to Free when the trial ends; you can subscribe anytime in Account.
What payment methods are supported?
Powered by Stripe — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Charged in USD.
What does Pro include?

Are you an investment advisor? Do you guarantee returns?
Box Breakout is a quantitative pattern-scanning research tool, not a registered investment advisor. Output is for technical analysis reference only — not a recommendation to buy or sell. All trading involves risk of loss.
Does the AI score make mistakes?
Yes. The AI only sees the technical features we feed it; it cannot see fundamentals, news, or macro events. Treat it as one input among many, not a buy/sell decision.
Do you provide custodial / managed trading?
No. Box Breakout never connects to your brokerage account, never places orders, and never manages funds. We only output the curated watchlist.
How do I report a bug or send feedback?
Email support@boxbreakout.top with a description and screenshot. We reply within 2 business days.
