Every new account automatically receives a 7-day free Pro trial. No credit card required. We strongly encourage you to evaluate the Service during the trial before paying.
2. 14-day money-back
For your first Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided you have not viewed signal-detail pages on more than 7 distinct calendar days. "Viewed signal-detail page" means visiting any signal detail page while logged in. Multiple visits within the same calendar day count as 1. Once viewing exceeds 7 distinct calendar days, the no-questions refund is no longer available.
3. Out of scope
No refund will be issued where: (a) more than 14 days have passed since purchase; (b) the subscriber has actively used signal-detail pages on more than 7 distinct calendar days in the current billing period; (c) the account has been terminated for breach of the Terms; (d) the customer chose to renew after a price was disclosed.
4. Annual subscription refunds
First annual purchase: full refund within 14 days if eligible. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable in principle. In case of material service outage (continuous 72+ hours), a pro-rata refund of unused months applies.
5. Material outage
If the Service is continuously unavailable for more than 72 hours through no fault of the customer, you may choose either (a) a proportional extension of the current period, or (b) a proportional refund of the unused portion.
6. Refund process
1. Email support@boxbreakout.top with subject [Refund] + your account email; 2. We review and reply within 3 business days; 3. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; 4. Pro access is revoked on the day the refund is initiated.
7. How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days. FX losses and sales taxes (where applicable) are non-refundable.
