1. Nature of the service
Box Breakout (the "Service") is a quantitative pattern-scanning research tool. The Service performs daily scans of US, China A-share, and crypto markets to surface assets exhibiting a box-breakout pattern after a long base, ranked by an AI layer. All output is technical analysis only and does not constitute investment advice, brokerage, or any kind of offer or solicitation.
2. Account & responsibility
You must register with a valid email. You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and may not share your account. You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that violates the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Subscription & fees
A 7-day free trial granting full Pro access is offered to every new account. After the trial, full picks require a paid Pro subscription. The price displayed on the pricing page applies; price changes do not affect active subscription periods. Subscriptions do not auto-renew by default; you may opt in to auto-renewal and disable it at any time from Account.
4. Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel at any time from Account; the current billing period continues until its end date. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual property
All website code, design, quantitative models, report output and brand assets remain the property of the operator. You may not reproduce, retransmit, remove watermarks, or distribute output to third parties for commercial purposes without written permission. Personal research and social sharing are permitted.
6. Availability
We work to keep the Service available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Service may be paused for upgrades, maintenance, upstream data outages, or force majeure. If a continuous outage exceeds 72 hours and is not caused by you, you may request a proportional extension of your subscription.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is for research only. We do not execute trades, hold customer funds, or make recommendations of any form. We are not liable for any gains, losses, missed opportunities, stress, or tax consequences resulting from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, API abuse, malicious scraping or fraud. Unused subscription time will not be refunded in such cases.
9. Changes
We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-site notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
