Box Breakout is a quantitative pattern-scanning tool. We scan the market, identify possible "box-breakout" patterns and surface a candidate list. The list is a starting point, not a decision.
2. What this Service is not
We are not a broker, not an investment adviser, not a fund manager, and we never place orders for you. We do not issue buy/sell/hold recommendations on any individual instrument, do not manage position sizing, do not forecast prices, and do not imply any guarantee.
3. Past performance is not future results
The 10/20/60-day percentages shown in the historical page are mechanical close-to-close calendar-day numbers. They do not include fees, slippage, splits, dividends, or funding-rate adjustments. Real trading may deviate materially.
4. Risks inherent to trading
Trading stocks, futures, crypto and other instruments can result in loss of principal. Crypto markets are highly volatile and trade 24/7. Leveraged products can liquidate an account in minutes. Only trade with capital you can fully lose.
5. Breakouts can fail
Every breakout has an observable failure rate. Failed breakouts may produce bull traps, fake-outs, sudden reversals, etc. We do not provide exit signals or stop-loss signals for any item on the daily list.
6. The AI score is a judgment, not a guarantee
The AI report relies entirely on the day’s technical features we feed it. It does not see fundamentals, news, or macro events. It makes mistakes and meets randomly chaotic markets. Treat the score as one input among many, not a decision criterion.
7. What you should do
Define your maximum acceptable loss. Validate the list inside your own trading framework. Avoid heavy positions and stock/coin concentration. Pay attention to "overextension" hints and technical context in the output.
8. Crypto-specific risks
Crypto markets trade 24/7 with no price limits; single-day moves can exceed 50%. Some exchanges may fail, get hacked, or be subject to regulatory action. Our scan does not endorse any exchange or vouch for its safety. Choose a reputable venue and manage your private keys responsibly.
9. Who should use this
